Apps that support our well being

Some of my favorite Apps to support our well-being through practicing mindfulness.

Buddhify App: I love love love this app (did I say I loved it?). Mindfulness on the go, tiny, supportive mindfulness exercises or meditations you can do wherever you are. Bring your ear buds with you so you can plug in and tune in anytime.  

 

Mindfulness App for iPhone: This one is super simple and flexible. Choose set meditations or set up your own desired length of meditation and how often you want bells to ring. I use this everyday when I sit so I'm not distracted by thinking about time. Right now I have it set so that I can switch my focus each time the bell rings.

 

JKZ Series 1: This is Jon Kabat-Zinn himself guiding us through the four practices that make up the core of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I find it an excellent way to learn to meditate and to be introduced to mindfulness.
