Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is an 8–week course that meets once a week for 2.5 hours, with a 6–hour retreat after week 6.  I HIGHLY recommend this course. It is taught all over the country (and world), often through hospitals. Google "MBSR" and your city's name for classes in your area.
